On March 22, 2025, a joint initiative between Parrocchia Santi Bassiano e Fereolo of Lodi and our project SSSW (Support Survivors of Sudan War), under the organization SSAW (Support Survivors of Africa War) was held to collect materials to support refugees and IDPs in Sudan.
Thank you so much, Parrocchia Santi Bassiano e Fereolo of Lodi, for your generosity, commitment and solidarity. We are pleased to announce that we have reached 60% of our goal: to complete an entire container of materials to be sent to Sudan. We are determined to reach our goal and, for this reason, we invite all our donors and supporters to join us in this effort.
In the near future, In addition to the collection point in Lodi at the Oratorio di San Fereolo, we have added two new collection points in Milan, and ASAP we will add date and time:
– Libreria Pagoda, via Gramsci
– Piazza Carlo Stuparich, 18, 20148 Milan
It was truly wonderful to see the involvement of the second-year middle school students in this initiative. Their dedication and enthusiasm added so much to the success of the project.
The collected materials, including food items, baby products, medical supplies, and school materials, are essential to help the survivors of the war in Sudan to ease the vulnerability.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has already contributed and who will continue to do so. With your help, we are confident that we will reach our goal and bring hope to those in need in Sudan.
With gratitude,
SSSW – Support Survivors of Sudan War
SSAW – Support Survivors of Africa
